Re: Hi to everyone .....and Help!!

Hi Trev,

It sounds like the tool was knocked when moving across the bed and it has slipped on the belt, if you disconnect and reconnect the power supply and try to set the origin again does the same problem occur? If so Log a Ticket and we will advise you through initialising the machine.

Re: SP300V with windows 7

If the machine is an SP-300V you will be able to use Windows 7, as VersaWorks will automatically detect the machine.

The original SP-300 is not supported as there are no drivers for Windows 7.

Re: versaworks crashing

If the file doesn't work you may have to initialise VersaWorks, ensure if are doing this, that you write down any settings that you use and save any jobs in queue that you need, as these will be deleted.

Hi,

It sounds like either the driver you have installed or the version of the utility needs updating, you can download the latest version from here.

Re: Printer does not see EGX-20

Have a look on our support page for the machine, there is a guide for setting the origin point, it could be that the origin has been set incorrectly before.

If you have the ruler on the machine, the origin should be over the hole at the bottom left position.
