Re: roland camm1 pnc1000 problems vinyl slipping

It could be the setting for speed, try slowing the speed down as this will give you better cut accuracy.

Re: sp 300v width problem

Hi,

It's likely that the cable and guides need replacing, if you are seeing errors as well this may help to define it better.

You can Log A Ticket with our Technical Support team who can advise you further.

Re: Business Cards with Metallic Silver

Hi,

Instead of printing this with metallic, i would look at the UV route, you could print on a double sided silver or gold Mirri board, printing first with white and then colour, allowing the metallic to show through where needed.

Re: Versaworks Print Problem

Hi Paul,

Don't worry about it, normally if you disconnect from the printer, you have to turn it off at the mains to reset the network board, as the board isn't reset from the button on the front of machine.

Re: Versaworks Print Problem

Hi Paul,

It is likely that the connection to the machine has been lost, turn the printer off and back on at the mains and then re-verify the machine in versaworks.

Re: SP540i Printing Irregularities (Bubbling)

Hi Robert,

Try disabling the heaters in the menu and then turning the vacuum to 100%, this should show you whether the media can be controlled to stay flat.

Re: SP540i Printing Irregularities (Bubbling)

Hi Robert,

Did turning off the heaters have no effect?

And if you have turned the vacuum up to 100% did you ensure in VersaWorks that the printer controls for the job are set to use printer settings?

Re: Print on Leather

Hi Wilf,

The SP-540i cannot use UV inks, due to the nature of the curing of the inks.

The machines to look at are the LEC-330/540 and LEJ-640.
