Your print and cut alignment is out, it needs to be adjusted.

Yould could use a see through jig for the underside and a black top, then stick the medal in with double sided tape to hold in place when adjusted into position.

It looks like the head is out of alignment, you would need an engineer to visit to align.

In the mean time, you could use the adjustment in the special colour plate to realign the white, if you perfom this on a job and then set in the queue settings then it should print future jobs aligned.

The ink supply fills the dampers before the head to restrict the ink flow, the captop then seals the head to avoid head dry up.

Post the link for the website so that we can test the profile. If you are mixing two types of ink then you will likely get inconsistency in the print quality and colour output as the profile is aimed at a single ink type of the same quality, what ink are you using? You could try downloading the prof...

Hi Slav,

It will likely be an issue with the panel board, the plate button under the switch is likely broken.

Contact your local Roland Office they should be able to assist with the part.

The engraving area is the page size in the Windows Driver.

Ok, have tested it with only variable data and do get the same, It's something to do with the lack of print data in the original file.

I'll raise it with Japan to see if this can be changed.

I just tested it on the BN-20 we have and the ink usage does show on both the main screen and in the job log.

Using VersaWorks Dual 1.6.13
