TrueVis VG Series

Post by CaptainColour » Thu May 09, 2019 12:22 pm

Ahoy!

I was wondering if my TrueVis VG series Roland machine is able to die cut? We currently use it to print and laser cut the stickers to a cutline, but always supply on A4 sheets. Ive seen others die cut from a Roland and so was wondering if it is capable as it is or is it a separate cutter machine I would require to do the die cutting?

Thanks mateys!

All you need to do is setup a spot colour called PerfCutContour Add this to an outline around your job and you can then cut through the backing as weel, the usual rule of thumb for the force is is two times the cutting force plus ten percent. You then set this in VersaWorks.
