Windows 10 bn-20 not connected

Hello all I'm looking for help I just updated my Windows 7 pc to Windows 10 and now it won't connect to my bn20 checked usb cable and it makes the window chime when plugged in but on the Versaworks screen it says not connected any one got up to date drivers for Windows 10 they can send so I can get this going again

ok so i downloaded the windows 10 drivers removed the old ones and installed the new and the printer will still not connect to the computer would reinstalling verserworks duel help?

Does the BN-20 utility connect and show the ink levels or allow you to make nozzle test print?

Nothing at all I've tried different cables I've removed duel and 're installed it nothing at all. I have got it working on my windows10 laptop now but I need it on my pc really

Your whole USB system level driver might have gotten a hit.

Go to Device manager hardware section, pick Show hidden devices in the menu and delete all devices with a yellow exclamation mark. Reboot and try again.

Ok gone through that was nothing there with yellow exclamation marks I removed the bn20 restarted pc went through set up and still nothing
