ROLAND VP-540 Error 0109 WIPER STARTS THEN STOPS

Post by adamfromayr » Fri Aug 17, 2018 12:57 pm

Hey you guyssss!

Okay so im getting it to the point now where my hairs are going whitter by the day lol

Its now boots up saying cleaning, then ERROR 0109

I have the service manual, cleaned sensor, new blades etc

Checked all cables, look good!

Motor moves past Sensor about 10-20mm after Sensor “JUST STOPS” every god dam time

WHY WHY WHY Me?

Why is it doing this?

Wiper blades new, doesn’t catch on anything, freely moves up and down manually

Issue is it moves then STOPS! Im thinking maybe the sensor is faulty? I accidently washed it! But had on heating for two days!

lol Sorted this issue now onto a new issue 0110 but waiting on a new encoder strop sensor to come from HK

Already replaced the encoder strip for the error 0110
