Service Call 210 relates to the UV lamp, when I have seen this previously diconnecting the machine from the power and then reseating the power cables to the lamps has resolved the issue.

Tank you Kai,

it was a loose connection to the plug for the uv lamps

I have asked Roland for a list of all service call numbers and what they mean as this will save a lot of messing in the future if it is something as simple as a loose connector.

Thanks again
