Huge Difference in White Ink layer while printing on LEF 200

Post by varun1982 » Wed Sep 25, 2019 3:43 pm

I have a LEF 200 .. I was printing on JBL bluethooth speakers.... my first batch of 8 speakers on which we were printing white ink layer was very good but during second batch there was a huge difference in the white layer ... it was looking so dull ... how can i increase the depth of white color without using WHITE HD .. Last month I had printed on same speakers and everything was perfect with WCMYK ...but today after first batch of 8 speakers the second batch had problem. My normal white printing was very good... I never needed HD. Please need your advice. Test Print is totally fine . I also did Medium Cleaning for White and Manual Maintenance but still there is a problem ... :?

Do you shake your white ink cartridge every day, before pritning? There is also an option inthe menu panel to do an ink circulation, that is better than trying medium cleans etc.

Hello Joe sir... I shake the white ink cartridge every day...do i also have to shake all the CMYK & gloss cartridge ?... before i had started the print ink circulation was done by the machine itself because i had a gap of 24 hrs for white ink printing

Hmm ok, how old is the machine? There could be ink starvation, are the captops in good condition?

Start a brand new artwork and print a square onto clear or black. I had one last week which had me convinced there was a major problem. Except, at some point, the white layer had its density set at 50%.... And I have no idea why!
