Hello all..
Dean at Thomas Dean Design
I am running at Roland Sol Jet 3 eco inks...
I have a new job in and I am unsure what would be the best print process to use.. if anybody has any advice or idea I would be really greatfull for any help.
The job is - Printing onto school dinner trays .... The school would like me to produce a large sticker with artwork on ... and then stick to the school dinner tray.
The sticker will have to be hardwearing and laminated to prevent marking the print
The dinner tray will go through the wash at 80 degrees with soap etc...
I thought maybe a very hard wearing vinyl like floor graphics vinyl but ive never used it ...
Can anybody advise me on a media type that would be suitable for me to use or a printing process ???
Thanks guys
Dean

Don't think any sort of sticker will last long the 80C wash will soon start it lifting at the edges.

Dye-Sublimation...if you don't currently do it depending on the size of the job may be worth getting a small setup!?
