Hi Marc,

Thanks for the call the other day. The sample has now arrived and will go on the machine when I get a quite moment.

You may recall that we had a discussion about the "wish hearts" I have been asked to make and you said you knew of a media that may be suitable. Did you manage to track it down?

Just for the rest of you on here. The "wish hearts" I have been asked for need to be both printed and profile cut using a media that will not curl when tied to indoor bunting. My thoughts were that it needed to be a card on some form of carrier, but there may be something out there that is more suitable. Any idas will be most welcome.

Bath stickers..... Not sure about that one, even though I have a phototex printed calender on the shower screen at the moment, so who knows what I could put there if need a laugh..

Many thanks..

Yikes! Time to get back to the original subject I think! I will have a word with Marc and ask him to come back to regarding your Wish Heart question. A mirror...I ask you!

Hi Mal,

Sorry for the late reply, I hadnt managed to get the forum until today as I've been doing the Christmas appointment run this week. The material was delivered to me yesterday and I will have a look, I'd like to come back to you early next week.

I have called you a couple of times and the phone are always engaged! Must be great being that busy towards Christmas ;)

I will try you again today to get in contact as I have a couple of questions.

Best wishes

Hi Marc.

Busy is not a word I use lightly. A full diary/order book is rather more pleasing on the ear as you can be busy doing absolutely nothing whereas as the moment we are busy doing absolutely everything.

A balloon contract with a very large hotel who require upwards of 25 centerpieces every night (except Christmas Day) between 1st Dec and 3rd Jan.

Embroidery contracts with local equine centers of personalized hoodies, horse rugs etc all in time for Christmas.

Banner printing contracts with local wedding fair organizers for their new season starting Jan, this coupled with exhibition stands, pop up banner, Phototex posters (which I will be ordering in the new year!!) for fellow wedding fair exhibitors make our time very busy indeed…. But busy in a profitable way…..

All this being done around a job that “pay’s the mortgage” I say tongue in cheek ;)

I never answer the phone…… That’s (dare I say it) Viv’s job…. She only lets me do that if she is out or otherwise engaged (on the other line), but my work room is quite noisy and therefore most of the time I don’t hear it anyway.

Please keep trying, but the best way of getting me is email… You can ask what you like on there and will usually get a response in a couple of hours. Just to warn you though. I’m busy this week!!

Take care…
