Max ink dries slower than max 3. That's normal.

the thing is I know that the eco sol max 3 has a solvent in that dries quicker that is why but I have changed the settings and everything increased dryer and decreased dryer heat and yet it is still the same plus I have decreased ink that is put on to materials but every time it rolls onto take up system not try and sticks to the back of the media also there is more I can print on poster paper not supposed to be laminated as you know so left it weekend that is 48 hours and yet it still sticky and wet feel of fresh ink so saying this is normal when the detailed thing says to leave all prints 24 hours is a bit beyond normal don't you think

Which machine? I think you have media incompatibility problem. Most solvent compatible papers dry in just a few hours.

Oh, then there should not be any drying time problems.
