Hello, "First time poster, long time reader"
I have a Roland XR 640 machine, and one of the main problems I am having at the moment is over-spray. I have super clean heads, have done feed direction calibration, along with the Bidirectional alignment (both simple and detailed) and everything is perfect.
But on all medias, I am still getting some very heavy over-spray, which I am wondering if this is due to static? If yes, does anyone have any suggestions to resolve, if no, does anyone have any other theories and solutions?

Re: Over-spray/Static problems
Check that your head height is “LOW”. Then try paper. If the problem remains it’s not static (for the most part). You may have either bad ink or a bad print head.
Which channel it’s displaying the most overspray?
