The report from the machine is a confidential part of the servicing, why do you need a copy?

Hello Kai
thank you for your responce
1: i believe customs nz had tampered with my bn20 when arriving in nz and a pec report may show this; they did damage/sabotage other equipment!!!
The service agent told me the head had been scratched [after receiving from customs and powering on for the 1st time- the plastic cover surrounding the head was detached and caught the media guide on its return to the capping station] yet another technician said no damage to the head, just air in the lines and it came right after a month of self cleaning.

2: i believe my printer, which had been subjected to flood conditions and power outages over a 4 day period, has effected the print quality.
yet the service agent denies this. other technicians say otherwise!

how can a pec report on ones own equipment be confidential?
