Nozzel Check problem

Hello
We got a Roland BN20 it has now 6 month still in warranty.
We check nozzel condition each week and also we try to print it each day with the printer
Also we do the manual cleaning each week.
The problem was the last nozzel check 1 color miss the black
After we give a normal clean still miss only after we give powerful clean the all color show well we print 0.5m and after finish we check again the nozzel condition and now miss 2 color Black and Cyan.
But the printer print ok
Today we try to print again and after we print we give a nozzel check and all the color show but after a normal clean the one black column gone again

What can be the cause the printer print correct and have good color

Firstly it doesn't look like it is capping correctly or there is a build up on the surface of the print head, I would get an emgineer to check the machine over, for the black it may be a damper issue.

Thank you i talk with the dealer from here and tomorrow they will come to check the BN20.
They say damper and captop maybe is the problem
