
In order to keep our BN in great shape, we took out a Bronze support contract. Each year (maybe more often) we receive a visit from a Roland engineer to ensure everything is working as it should. I have to say, the engineers are always very courteous and give as much time as is necessary to keep things in good working order.
On our most recent visit, the engineer discovered a problem with the black channel and had to replace the printhead as this was the only solution.
I'd like to give a 'heads up' for the Roland support and to the engineers who've visited us over the years - they're the best. Thanks guys.
