CX 24 Motor Error

Post by bryanhepworth » Sat Jan 06, 2018 1:15 am

Hi All

I believe I'll need to get a replacement board to fix this problem. Does anyone happen to know if they are still available and a part number/cost?

Thanks so much.

Hi Bryan,

If you mean the power board for a "Motor Voltage" error, this is no longer stocked, the part supply ended about seven years ago.

If however you do mean a "Motor Error" then it may just be down to a cable or one of the motors.

Hi Kai

Yes it's definitely motor voltage that's displayed. If it's no longer made I guess I'm out of luck. Does anyone refurbish these to your knowledge?

Thanks

Have you got a part number handy Kai, so I can do a bit more searching.

Thanks

You can get an electrical engineer to look at the board, they may be able to replace the components.

Also make sure the fan is clean, the fan's get blocked after years of use and this causes the power board to overheat and then this destroys the components.

The original part number for the machine is "22425109U0"

Hi Kai

Thanks so much for your reply, it's really appreciated. I should be able to track one down or get the original rebuilt.
