Perfect nozzle tests but banded prints

Post by Eric the Magenta » Thu Aug 01, 2019 10:18 pm

Greetings,

I have been running the same two Roland RF-640's for over three years now and just started experiencing my first real issue with one of them. I have started noticing some very slight banding when printing solid color floods. I have tried changing the felt pad and have done numerous cleanings. I have checked for any debris around the head and cleaning pad. I am getting perfect nozzle tests every time. This banding occurs on all medias and persists with different quality settings, even HD and High Quality . It worsens depending on the color being printed but is pretty consistent.

Anyone have any ideas?

Appreciate the help,
Eric.
