Egx600 engraving issues

Post by Neil Janes » Mon Dec 30, 2019 2:35 am

Hi guys,

Need some advice please,

Whilst engraving on our egx600, halfway through the text has gone weird and is slanting down the sheet, also when the machine goes to cut around the outside perimeter for some reason it starts off in completely the wrong place and ends up cutting through the middle of the label we are making, also on occasions it engraves all the lines on top of each other, we have made thousands of these labels before, any ideas??? I have attached a couple of photos

Did the material slip whilst it was engraving?

Rule out a PC issue by testing with a different cable and a different PC as an initial test.
