Faulty Head - New MPX 90

I have had my MPX 90 now for 6 months and cannot get a good picture engraved and even when doing pet tags the actual engraving is faint. I am now wondering if I have had a faulty print-head from new. Has anyone ever experienced this, and if so how can it be tested and will Roland help out with warranty. Thanks

I would get in touch with your local Roland DG/agent.

In the UK we can test the unit and determine the cause of the fault and can then decide if it is something that can be replaced under warranty.
