ELIMINATE SCRATCHES WHILE WORK

DEAR ,
IM USING ENGRAVING DGX-350
I WANT TO ELEIMINATE THE SCRATCHES IN BETWEEN WORK WHICH HAPPENS ALWAYS , WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR THAT ?

This could be down to a couple of things, if you are using a nosecone, ensure it is clean and is working correctly. If this has been checked, in the options for the tooling check that retract height is set, this is the point to point Z up movement.

Usually this happens when the safe Z is set too low for the tool you are using.
If you are using engrave studio, you can go into the 'Material Setup' tab on the Toolpaths tab and set the 'safe rapid height' higher so you remove this issue.
