Hi everyone.
I have just purchased a used BN-20 which I saw working at the sellers address, both printing and cutting an item however when we try and get it to run all I get is the code 240 to call Roland, any suggestions please. I have tried to contact the seller but to no avail which makes me a little suspicious that we may have been sold a dud.

No, nothing was fitted before moving, the head looks to be in the same position

Contact the RolandCare team on 01275 335540, the error relates to a power issue.

It will likely need an engineer visit to look at the power issue, without this it will possibly not get any further.

possibly all happening because the white cart is reporting empty on other rolands you will get the offending cart no flashing on the machine screen and beeping. no other action available till this is addressed . but await further conformation.
just to try your luck, look in the manual to tell you how to remove a cart and agitate it (notice if there is any ink in it) and replace worth a try as you have to learn how to do it anyway.
