bn 20 will not test print

hello i'm a newbee. I have purchased a bn 20 and it will not print a test print or anything I send for printing . I have done all the cleaning ie manual and automatic any help would be great thank you

It sounds like an issue more with connection rather than the printer not printing, have you tried updating the driver and utility to the latest version
