Hi all,
I currently have a Roland versacamm SP300 and have printed my first motocross decal and have laminated it with 12mil Pro-Shield.
I am struggling to cut through the laminate. Where does one change the settings? On versaworks or on the printer panel. I am using a 45degree blade and have cut through it over three times with a force of 275.
Time is not on my side and I have to get it done by tomorrow. Any assistance would help.

Re: Motocross Print & Application
You can eventually do it with high quality 60 degree blades but will never be satisfactory because it's a roll plotter and the repetitive cuts will be out of alignment in a lot of cases unless you keep to small areas.
We make a lot and use a flat bed cutter pricy but job done no hassle and perfect perf cut. The material is too expensive to put up with failed cuts

Are you using original blades? Try the thick media blade as well. I have several MX customers cutting the special laminate successfully.
