HORIZONTAL LINES LEF 12

Hello, ive been having this issue since i got the printer a few months ago, i get these weird lines that can be seen on the light reflection. My test print comes out good with no drop outs. I print on coated aluminum phone inserts.. please help :)

Hello,

Just a few things to look at:
Do you clean down the material with isopropyl alcohol before printing?
This could be static deflecting the ink droplets slightly.
When was the last time you performed a manual clean? you could have a slight ink build up on the captop of print head.
Also could you post a picture of your test print for closer inspection.

The test print came out good even tho some of the gloss/white lines cant be seen on the picture.. couldnt get the perfect picture. i did manual cleaning and even cleaned the print head surface and captop carefully. I think the uv lamp has something to do with this issue

and yes i clean the surface with alcohol
