I am having trouble getting my windows Vista computer to connect with my Roland's PNC 950 cutter. The machine will setup normally sometimes but computer won't acknowledge it .don't know what to do and I'm using cut studio also. please help .

The PNC-950 was last supported with Windows XP, so Windows Vista drivers for other machines may not work correctly.

CutStudio is only supported for the GX-24 and above.

You could try a different route in using SignLAB as this has dedicated drivers and doesn't utilise the Windows driver.

Is signlab the only program that will work with pnc-950????

I'm very new at this computer part .it all got dropped in my lap since my boss passed away approx 1 year ago. He always said ""don't let my business die with me "".yet he never taught me how to work the computer part.so here I am .asking for help from anyone out there .I need to make this happen for him if nothing else.how can I make this happen???

If you stick with Windows XP then you can use Corel Draw to output. If a newer operating system then Signlab or Flexisign would be the best way, you would need to check that they are supported with newer versions of their software. We stopped supporting the machine with newer drivers in 2002.
