Many thanks for your advice, Kai I already use the PerfCutContour Feature for the stickers but thanks for the advice,

Rob, I have just tried using the Heavy Duty blade and this works like a dream, perfect results every time on all shapes and sizes,

Can you die cut on a vp540? Or is it only kiss cutting? Didn't think you could cut through backing on vinyl unless on a flatbed cutter like a zund

Yes you can. There's a function for that in VersaWorks: spot color PerfCutContour.

You'll need to adjust the blade extension and pressure to only penetrate the media as much as needed, no more. There's also a special knife for perforation. You'll be better off with an extra blade holder and this specific blade.
