Bubble Free Etch Film

Post by EricT » Fri Feb 10, 2012 4:46 pm

Anyone got any good advice on the best way to apply the above? Should it be wet or dry and any tips? We are going to use the METAScape Frost as the bloke down the road says it is good stuff!

Advice welcome.

Hi Eric

From what I can gather, one of the most important tips is to use one of the hard plastic squeegees rather than the felt ones, as you don't get the necessary pressure with the felt.

Other than that, I'd say prep the glass properly and use a good de-greaser/window cleaner so you don't end up with patches and see what the material supplier says for other tips.

Good luck!
