OnSupport: cannot update, because "Managed by other computer"

OnSupport: cannot update, because "Managed by other computer"

Roland OnSupport suggests an update, but I cannot update the printer, because it says: "Managed by other computer"

I have re-installed my computer lately, may be it sees the freshly installed computer as a different computer?

How can I solve this?
