BN-20 Perf Cut Laminated vinyl diffrent questions

Post by HTBBN20 » Fri Feb 24, 2017 4:40 pm

We want to perf cut our laminated stickers,
but the finish is horrible...
Our vinyl;
White 100micro
laminated 80 micro

is that okay?

2.) We want to print on textil vinyl,
but we heard with the MAX3 ink it doesnt hold very long on the vinyl.
is that right? do we have to downgrade to ESL3, for long holding prints?

3.) Our colors are not good. we have tried with Max Impact.
Yellow has brown points in it, red has black points in it(see printscreen)
how to fix this ?

For the perforated cut, the cleaness of cut will depend the blade used and the amount of force, it will also depend on the backing material used as the blade has to cut through the layer.

Max 3 on textile depends on the material/profile you use so contact your supplier to determine if they suitable materials.

On the colours try using the Roland Color system library spot colours as these will give you better results.
