Blurred print Roland VersaCamm vp 540

Hi

I have a Roland VersaCamm vp 540 and I use VersaWorks. When I print it is a little blurred, but when we test the printheads they are all good.
Is it an option in the program that is wrong?

I hope some of you can help me before I give up

There's a white lever on the left side of the carriage. It has to point horizontally to front, not up.

Is it the one there controls the distance between the head and the material?

Yes. You lift the head any time you need to print on banner, textile or other thick and/or difficult media.
