BN-20 starting up noise has changed

Post by Darwin » Wed Feb 28, 2018 8:27 am

Hi all,
When I start up my BN-20 as usual the klak-klak noise is audible. (If I’m not mistaken that is the ink pumping) But the last few days the klak-klak noise is different. It is softer than before. Any idea why the noise has changed? Should I be worried?
Thx
Regards
Arjan

The pump sound changes over time, it's normal.

But for peace of mind keep an eye on the suction quality. Whenever you're performing manual cleaning the captop needs to be clean, no floating ink on it. Also make daily nozzle tests before printing.
