problems with single sheets on a cutting map

Post by helpless » Thu Mar 15, 2018 1:45 pm

hi everybody,
sorry, I have just registered and here I'm back with my first question.
I'm working with a BN-20 which it's a bit of a diva sometimes.

today I should have printed some stencils (pvc single sheets fixed on a cutting map - A3)
I have turned it to every side and back - the printer takes the map, pulls it to the end, starts beeping and blinking and says "no media installed". the funny thing is that, some weeks ago, I have already cut some stencils and it worked, but I tried such a long time that finally I don't remember the settings.

is there anybody who has an advice for me? I've been trying the whole morning now. :(
thank you so much in advance

Tape some excess media front and back, this will then cover the paper sensors allowing you to get the full use out of the sheet.
