Nozzles missing roland lef200

hi there everyone i am using the roland lef 200 since 9 months but the the nozzles of yellow heads are missing and its missing simultaneoulsy i frequently doing the manual cleaning , maintenance , i have done medium cleanning as well but the issue is not resolving can any one please guide me how to improve nozzles missing ?

i have attached the nozzles pictures see the yellow ones are missing badly

Did you replace the captops at 6 month marker?

NO MY DEALER HAVENT TOLD ME TO REPLACE I AM USING SINCE WHEN I PURCHASE MACHINE 10 MONTHS AGO , I JUST RECENTLY REPLACE MY WIPER AFTER 7 MONTHS ? DO I HAVE TO CHANGE CAPTOPS AS WELL? BECAUSE WHEN I DO MANUAL CLEANING I ALWAYS CLEAN VIPERS AND CAPTOP FROM CORNER? AND OTHER THINGS

ONE MORE ,MRTN? DO I HAVE TO CHANGE FILTER OF FAN AS WELL AS I HAVENT CHANGE YET?

Both, wiper and captop lifetime are 6 months and cannot be stretched on a UV printer.
The printer will notify you of the mist filter replacement time.

The filters in captops clog from dust, pigment and cured ink, reducing the quality of cleaning function resulting in deflected nozzles and if not addressed in time will ruin the print head.

THANKS MRTN I WILL SOON CHANGE THE BOTH FILTERS AND CAPTOP AND NOTIFY U . WILL YELLOW HEAD NOZZELS WILL BETTER? AFTER REPLACING THIS?

I can not guarantee anything as it's just the first step to do. You may need to soak the heads next.
